Major changes:

- Usability with Microsoft Windows 8 USB driver is added. (32 and 64 bit versions, but not the "RT" version)

- Usability with Microsoft Windows 98SE, Me and 2000 USB drivers has been removed.

- If your transceiver is already connected to your PC and it works normally, it is not necessary to update the USB driver.
